Exhibit Booths
Hi NAMIWalks 2020 Resource Fair Participants,
We are excited to see you all on April 4th at John F. Kennedy Park, Fiesta Area. (see below: ‘JFK Fiesta Area Location’)
We will provide each of you with a 10’ x 10’ tent along with two six foot tables and two chairs.
We do not provide tablecloths, so make sure to bring one along if you are not okay with the regular table surface.
Below are the instructions and the procedure for walk day, Saturday April 4th.
Check in for organizations participating in the resource fair will start at 6:30 am. Check-in for everyone else begins at 7:30 and I’m sure the majority of you will want to be set up by the time the crowd starts checking in. This will give you the opportunity to do so.
You will be able to park in the Exhibitor, Dignitary, and Entertainer Parking Area. Overflow will be redirected if necessary. The parking lot is located behind the stage on Ajo slightly west of La Cholla (see below: ‘Fiesta Area Layout Map’).
When you arrive, go directly to the exhibit booth area (see below: ‘Fiesta Area Layout Map’) where there will be someone to check you in and direct you to your assigned tent.
The ‘Resource Exhibit Booth Layout’ will be posted a few weeks before the walk date so that you have an idea of where your tent will be located. All tables will have your organization name taped to the front of the table to make it easy to find. You can fix it up with your resources/signs/banner etc. when you arrive.
Walk staff will not be in the office on Friday, April 3rd, so if you have any questions, please let us know as soon as possible.
